1. What is Dubai Chamber and what does it do?
Dubai Chamber; also known as Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, was established in 1965 to represent, support, and protect the Dubai business community.

 

2. How does Dubai Chamber achieve this?

Today, Dubai Chamber does this by providing products, services, and initiatives that:

Support the business community in their commercial activities.
Open doors to untapped global and local opportunities.
Shaping practices and policies in Dubai to make it the international business hub of choice.

 

3. How does one become a member of Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry?

Anyone who establishes a commercial license within Dubai (excluding free zone areas), automatically becomes a member of Dubai Chamber. Companies within free zones do have the option to become a member of Dubai Chamber.

 
 
4. What documents do I need to register as a member?
To provide us with the copy of the license issued by any competent authority in the emirate of Dubai.
Submit authorized signatures in the authorized signature card, signatory card has to be collected from any branches of Dubai Chamber, with the passport photocopies of all authorized signatories. (Authorization is acceptable after Notarized Agreement or Power of Attorney).
Submit copy of Memorandum of Association (partnership agreement) applicable to LLC companies and Branches office of foreign firms.
Copy of certificate of incorporation (applicable to free zone companies)
Pay the fees (if not paid along with the license Fee (Dept. of Economic Development) – For free zone license, the Chamber fee = AED 2,200.
